Since 2020, MGM Engineering & Consulting s.r.o. (Ltd) has been providing technical, legal, and organizational support throughout the full lifecycle of major investment projects – across the transport, infrastructure, and building construction sectors. 

Our services include project and crisis management, engineering consultancy, and legal coordination, all with a strong focus on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional technical quality. 

The name MGM stands for Margaritov Guidance and Management – reflecting our commitment to expert leadership and effective coordination in the field of investment construction. 

Georgi Margaritov holds a master’s degree in law and is also a certified bricklayer, with both a vocational certificate and a professional qualification in masonry. He has been active in the construction industry since 2006, participating directly in project delivery –  including hands-on experience in labor roles. 

After three years of professional experience in legal practice within an advocacy environment, he transitioned into construction entrepreneurship and, in 2019–2020, worked as a legal advisor at the Czech Directorate of Roads and Motorways. In addition to his technical and legal work in construction, he is also engaged in teaching and regularly takes part in industry conferences and seminars. 

As the sole founder and managing director of MGM Engineering & Consulting s.r.o., he personally ensures the consistently high quality of the company’s professional work.
